Has to be easy to open as an Emergency Exit yet serve as a window during normal times.<br \/>\nOpening it too far put&#8217;s it into emergency mode, breaking seals, etc. while getting ready to be pushed out. &#8211; Cost to replace: $650 bucks.<\/p>\n<p>To prevent accidentally opening it too far I added an extra step before it can go into emergency mode.
